Residential Cleaning

Our residential rate is $40 per hour per cleaner. Typically there will be 2 cleaners . We have low turnover and can offer the same cleaners each service.

Standard service for an average sized house is typically $160. Smaller and larger houses will vary.

Office Cleaning

Our business services are very thorough. Get a dedicated cleaner, each visit for your business. Rates start as low as $75.

Estimates

We can give you an initial quote over the phone. Any new houses will have the quote confirmed prior to the first service begins. The lead cleaner will communicate if there are any changes to the over the phone quote prior to beginning the job.

Guarantee of Quality

Any items agreed to be cleaned prior to the cleaners begin the work are guaranteed to be cleaned to our standards. We do not offer any refunds but will ensure the items are clean.
